Until 22 December 2021 old Standard contractual clauses shall remain in effect, if concluded prior to 27 September 2021. 9. right that you submit objection to Agency for protection of your rights if you establish or suspect that we as Data controller or data processor have breached your right or that there is imminent danger that right would be breached (Article 30 of the Law on personal data protection –submission of objection);
10. right that you submit a lawsuit and instigate legal proceedings for compensation of damages before the competent court in whose area you have residence or temporary address or to competent court in whose area you have seat address for compensation of material and non-pecuniary damages (Article 32 of the Law on personal data protection – liability for damages);

13. right to file a complaint to supervisory authority – you have a right to file a complaint to supervisory authority, especially in member country of your usual residence, place of work or place of alleged breach, without questioning any other administrative or court processing, if you think processing of personal data that relate to you is representing breach of GDPR (Article 77 of GDPR);
14. right to effective judicial remedy against supervisory authority – you have a right to effective legal remedy against legally binding decision of supervisory authority that is concerning you, without prejudice to any other administrative or non-judicial remedy; proceedings against supervisory authority is instigated before courts of member country in which the supervisory authority is established (Article 78 of GDPR);
15. right to effective judicial remedy against data controller or processor – you have a right to effective legal remedy where you consider that rights that you have under the GDPR are breached due to processing of personal data contrary to provisions of the GDPR (Article 79 of GDPR).
